PETROCHEMICAL EQUIPMENT

The main equipment of oil refining units produced within the walls of OOO Prototype Manufacturer Belenergomash includes: distillation columns, furnaces, separators, tanks, heat exchange equipment, air coolers.

 1. Vertical vessels (hereinafter referred to as vessels) for rated pressure from 0.05 to 3.2 MPa, at operating temperature from minus 60°C  to 400°C, internal diameter from 200 mm to 3000 mm, height from 6 m to 50 m, weight from 200 kg to 60,000 kg, intended as the main technological equipment in installations for the primary processing of oil and gas condensate with a capacity of 5 000 to 500 000 tons per year in terms of feedstock, as well as for completing the production of the oil and gas complex. Depending on its functional purpose, the vessel is equipped with internal devices. The technical parameters of the vessel are determined on the basis of the technical design developed for a specific vessel according to the specifications provided by the customer. Environmental hazard class 3 and 4 according to GOST12.1.007, as well as fire hazard class according to GOST12.1.004 and explosion hazard class according to GOST12.1.010.

2. Separators for rated pressure from 0.063 MPa to 63 MPa, volume from 2 m3 to 100 m3 , at operating temperature from minus 60°C to 150 °C, designed to separate gas from liquid in primary oil and gas refining installations. Environmental hazard class 3 and 4 according to GOST 121.007, flammable and explosive.

3. Capacitive vessels and apparatus (underground tanks) intended for draining oil, condensate residues, including those mixed with water, from technological networks (pipelines) and apparatus at oil and gas industry enterprises. Environmental hazard class - 3, flammable, explosive.

4. Box-type and cylindrical piped furnaces, as well as their elements, used in the oil refining, petrochemical, gas industries, operating at a temperature of the coil pipe wall up to 650° C, working pressure up to 16 MPa (160 kgf / cm2). Hazard class of the working environment and heating oil is 3 or 4 according to GOST 12.1.005, flammable (IV-TZ GOST 12.1.011), explosive. If natural gas is used as a fuel, hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.005, explosive (IA-TZ GOST 12.1.011). Explosive zone class - V-1G according to PUE (electrical installation code (edition 6, ch. 7.3).

5. Heat exchangers (air-cooled) designed for condensation and cooling of gaseous, vaporous, vapor-liquid and liquid media used in technological processes of oil refining, petrochemistry and other related industries. They are manufactured to complete small-sized oil and gas condensate processing plants in standard and export versions.

6. Filters for nominal diameter (DN) from 50 mm to 300 mm and nominal pressure (PN) from 1 MPa to 6.3 MPa at a liquid temperature from minus 60°C to 350°C, designed to purify liquids from mechanical impurities in process units for primary oil and gas processing.

7. Electric dehydrators, an apparatus for separating water from crude oil by destroying an oil emulsion of the reverse type (water in oil) in an electric field. Operating pressure is up to 1.6 MPa (16 kgf/cm2). Volume is from 8 m3 to 16 m3 at operating temperature from minus 40°C to plus 140 °C.

Oversized equipment can be supplied assembled, or in separate parts. All equipment can be manufactured in a modular design, with subsequent assembly.
