A chimney is one of the key elements of the heating system, it is impossible to exhaust efficiently the combustion products of boilers or furnaces without it.
Types of chimneys
The manufacture of chimneys requires careful consideration of not only the technical requirements for the design of the chimney and the special conditions of the customer, but also the type of fuel burned, wind load, and other operating conditions.
There are several basic designs of chimneys:
a truss chimney having several gas ducts located on a supporting truss;
self-supporting chimneys with one shaft, inside of which gas ducts of one or several manufacturers are inserted;
columned chimneys with an additional bearing shell outside;
facade chimneys with fastening to the facade of the building;
guyed chimneys (such chimneys are used for industrial purposes and are intended for the removal of gases from various types of equipment).

Operation of chimneys
The choice of a specific type of chimney pipe depends on the type of production and its conditions. Our diagrams show several solutions for different types of industries, in particular for the oil refining industry, chimneys for boiler rooms.
Chimney design
Although you can buy a standard project, each chimney is individual in terms of its operation and the design is carried out for each order separately. The research enterprise KUB has a high level of professionalism and extensive experience in the design of chimneys, their manufacture, delivery and installation at the customer's site.
Chimney production
In-house production allows the KUB enterprise to offer a full cycle of work from design to installation. After the project is agreed with the customer, the drawings go to work, which takes place in four stages:
At the first stage, blanks are made;
At the second stage, conductors are set up, units are assembled, and welding is carried out.
At the third stage, straightness is checked along the entire length of the chimney pipe, after which final welding is carried out, which meets the requirements of RD (ruling document) 34 15.132-96 "Welding and quality control of welded joints of metal structures of buildings and structures during the construction of industrial facilities."
At the last, fourth stage, the company's specialists carry out a total quality control of products.
Delivery and installation of chimneys
Delivery of chimney pipes is carried out using railway transport or special vehicles. The price may vary depending on the size of the product. Installation is carried out in the shortest possible time, and additional devices are installed, such as stairs, lightning rods, warning lights, service platforms.
